An offer is a price of a product with its payment mode and its own link. A product can have several, for example a one-time payment and three instalments, or a public price and a private one for your students.
Create an offer
- 1. Open the product in Products, open Settings and click Offers.
- 2. Click New offer.
- 3. Type the Name and check the Link.
- 4. Choose the Payment mode and type the Price including VAT in euros.
- 5. Under Visibility, choose whether the offer is public or private.
- 6. Click Save offer.
Choose the default offer
The default offer is the one the product page opens. The others are sold through their link or appear on the page if they are public.
- 1. Click the menu on the offer's row and choose Edit.
- 2. Tick Use as the product's default offer.
- 3. Click Save offer.
What happens next
A public offer appears on the product page. A private one is only sold through its link, which you copy with Copy link on its row. Each change of the regular price is kept in the Price history.
Keep in mind
- Only the payment modes the product type accepts appear.
- A paid offer costs at least €0.50, and a free one €0.
- Once an offer has sales, its payment mode cannot change. Create another offer and make it the default offer.
- You and the buyer at checkout see the offer's name.
- To stop selling an offer, archive it from its row's menu.
