Here you write the introduction text of your help page, the page where your buyers write to you without looking for your email.
How to get there
In Support, click Help page next to the inbox tabs. From there you also open the page as your buyers see it.

- Write the text your buyers see above the form.
- Open your help page to see how it looks.
Step by step
Change the introduction
- 1. Type the Introduction text.
- 2. Click Save.
- 3. Click See the help page to check it.
What happens next
Your buyers see the new text when they open the page. Each message they send from it reaches your support inbox.
Keep in mind
- The text allows up to 1,000 characters, without formatting.
- Share the page's link in your store or on your social media so they write to you there.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and support.
Frequently asked questions
Where do my buyers see the help page?
Your store's footer and the member area's footer link it. You can also share its link on your social profiles or in the emails you send.
What does the buyer see on the page?
They see your intro text, a form with their name, email, subject and message, and the links to enter their area and to find out who charged them. Store help explains it.
