Your rights over your data

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use and object to it being used for something. You ask for it in a single request that reaches the store and OnBio, and we answer you within one month at most.
From your member area
- 1. Enter your area and click Privacy.
- 2. Choose what you want to ask for.
- 3. Explain your request if you want.
- 4. Click Send the request.
Without entering any account
- 1. Open onbio.es/privacy/requests.
- 2. Type Your email address and choose the type of request under What you want to ask for.
- 3. Click Send the request.
- 4. Open the link in the email we send you to confirm it.
What happens next
The request appears in progress with its deadline. When we resolve it, you get an email with the answer. If you asked for a copy, the email brings the link to download your data.
Keep in mind
- When we erase your data we keep the invoices the law requires to be kept, blocked for any other use.
- Objection serves, for example, to stop receiving marketing communications. The emails about your purchases keep arriving.
- If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
