If you see in an OnBio store content that you believe is illegal or breaks OnBio's rules, you can report it. A person from the OnBio team reviews it, decides and explains the reasons to you.
Send the report
- 1. In the store, click the link to report content.
- 2. Check the Address of the content and choose the Reason.
- 3. Write the Explanation with the details that prove it.
- 4. Type your name and your email, tick the good faith box and click Send the report.
Follow the report
- 1. Open the acknowledgement email with the reference.
- 2. Click See the status of the report.
What happens next
We write to you with the decision and its reasons within 7 days at most. If you disagree, you appeal from the status of your report within the following six months.
Keep in mind
- The more specific the explanation, the sooner we can decide. Say which part of the content is the problem.
- In a report of child sexual abuse you can send it without a name or an email.
- Reporting content does not return the money of a purchase. For that, ask for the refund as request a refund explains.
