When a request for access to your data is ready, you get an email with a link to this page. From here you download the file with all the data the store and OnBio hold about you, such as your purchases, your access, your messages and your preferences.
How to get there
Click the link in the email telling you your copy is ready.
What you can do
- Download the file with Download the file.
- Ask for a new copy if the download has expired.

Download the file
- 1. Open the email telling you your copy is ready.
- 2. Click its link to open this page.
- 3. Click Download the file.
What happens next
The file is saved in your browser's downloads folder. You can open it with any program that reads data files, and its content is ordered by type of data.
Keep in mind
- The download link on this page works for 15 minutes. If it expires, open the link in the email again.
- If you see The download has expired., the copy is no longer available. Ask for a new one from onbio.es/privacy/requests.
- Keep the file somewhere safe, because it contains your personal data.
- If you miss any data in the file, reply to the email of the request and we review it within the same deadline.
