Attend a live event

A live event is a session with a fixed date for several people at once, such as a workshop or a group class. When you buy your place you get an email with your ticket, and the access to the room is in your area.
Join the event
- 1. Open your ticket email or enter your area and click My bookings.
- 2. Click See the event.
- 3. Click the join button from 30 minutes before the start.
Watch the recording
- 1. After the event, go back to the event's page in your area.
- 2. Click Watch the recording if the store has published it.
What happens next
You enter the video call room. The host may have to let you in, and in that case you wait in the room until they do.
Keep in mind
- The meeting opens 30 minutes before the start. If you click earlier, the page tells you it is not open yet.
- If the store changes the date or the duration, you get an email with the change and the meeting moves with it.
- If the store cancels the event, it refunds the amount of your place and lets you know by email with its note.
- Not every store publishes the recording. If they do, it appears on the event's page as a lesson.
