The products in a bundle

A bundle puts several products of the same store into a single purchase, for example a course with its guide and a session. When you buy it you get access to each of its products, and in your area they appear separately, each in its group.
Find the products of the bundle
- 1. Enter your area, as sign in to your area explains.
- 2. Find each product in its group: the course under Courses, the guide under Downloads and the session under Sessions.
- 3. Click Open on the one you want to use.
What happens next
Each product in the bundle works just as if you had bought it on its own: the course keeps your progress, downloads are prepared with your email and sessions are booked from My bookings.
Keep in mind
- If the bundle is paused, for example because of a pending instalment, its products show Access paused with the reason The product that includes it is paused.
- The refund is asked for the whole bundle from the purchase details, not for each product.
- In My purchases the bundle appears as a single order with all its products.
