Chapter 4 of 4

Your money and the commission

The money of an exempt sale goes straight to your Stripe account, less the commission of OnBio.

The balance

An exempt sale becomes available at once, without waiting for the guarantee, because it is already in your account. Under the balance of Payouts a line says how much your exempt sales left this month. They go to your bank on your payout schedule, with the rest.

The commission invoice

On the first day of each month OnBio issues you an invoice for the commissions of your exempt sales of the month before, with its VAT. You have it in Invoices as Commission on exempt sales. Your exempt sales stay out of the self-billed invoice of the month, because OnBio invoiced them in your name one by one.

Refunds and chargebacks

A refund leaves your account and OnBio gives you back its share of the commission. Each refund carries its corrective invoice in your name. In a chargeback Stripe takes the disputed amount from your account. If you win the dispute, it comes back to your balance.

For your accountant

The Taxes report has a section of own exempt sales with each invoice, its base and its withholding. Below it comes the withholding of each customer by quarter, which your accountant matches with the form 190 of your customers.

Your plan and the commission

The commission of each exempt sale is the one of your plan, on the base of the sale. With the IRPF withholding, the commission is worked out on the price before the withholding. You see it sale by sale in the movements of Payouts.

Checklist

  • You have asked for the exemption with your certificate and signed the third-party invoicing agreement.
  • You have checked which products sell exempt and left out the ones that are not.
  • Your trader details are complete in your store.
  • You know where to see in Invoices each sale in your name and the commission of each month.
