Your exempt products

Only the services you provide in person or by video call sell exempt. A course, a download, a membership or a community keep selling in the name of OnBio with their VAT, because they are neither care nor private tuition. Subscriptions and instalment payments also stay with OnBio.

A session pack sells exempt as a whole, with all its sessions, because each one is the same service. A custom service, such as a report or a personal plan, sells exempt when you provide it and it is part of the care or of the lesson. The page of each exempt product says so next to its title with the VAT-exempt label. That way you see at a glance, when you open any product, whether it sells in your name or in the name of OnBio.

A session that is not healthcare, such as a talk for companies, is not exempt.

1. 11. Open the product in Products.
2. 22. Go to the Settings tab.
3. 33. In VAT-exempt sale, turn on Sell with OnBio as the seller and with VAT.

The product sells in the name of OnBio with VAT again. If you turn it off, it sells in your name again.

An exempt session sells at the same price it already had. That price no longer carries VAT inside, so the base of the invoice is the whole price. If you wanted your customer to pay the same as before, you do not have to change anything.

In the settings of Business you can withdraw the exemption. From the next sale everything sells in the name of OnBio again. The sales made before keep their invoice in your name.
