Guide for creators

Memberships and subscriptions

30 min · 4 chapters

A subscription gives you income that repeats every month or every year while your customers want to stay. Here you see how to set it up and look after it in four chapters, about 30 minutes in total.

You start by choosing which type of subscription you sell. Then you add a trial so people take the step, see how to change the price without surprises for anyone and how to recover the charges that fail.

When you finish you will have

  • A membership or a private podcast published with its subscription offer.
  • A free or low-cost trial period, if it suits you.
  • Clear what happens when you change the price for those already subscribed.
  • Turned on the flow that recovers failed charges.

Have at hand

  • The courses, downloads or podcasts the membership will include, already published.
  • The monthly or annual price you want to charge.
