Meta's good practices

AutoDM only writes to whoever comments one of your words or sends you a message. It never cold-messages your followers. Ask in your post for people to comment the word to get the link, so each message is a reply the person expects.

Each reply starts with the notice that it is automatic. Meta asks for it and your followers appreciate it. If someone wants to talk to you, answer yourself from Instagram.

A rule answers the same person only once in 24 hours. If someone comments ten times, they get a single message. Do not create several rules with the same words for the same post, because the person would get several replies.

If you ask for the email, the text has to link your privacy policy with {privacy_url}. The emails you collect go into your contacts with their source. Only write to them if they accepted your emails.

On WhatsApp, OnBio only sends service notices with templates approved by Meta, to those who accepted them. Do not use WhatsApp for promotions from your personal number with your buyers' phones. Those numbers were given to you to receive their access and their reminders.

If Meta removes a permission from your account, your rules stop and you get an email. Check your account's notices on Instagram and connect again when they are resolved.

• You have an AutoDM rule active on your post.
• The reply sounds like you and carries the right link.
• You ask for the email with the link to your privacy policy, if you ask for it.
• You know where to look at your buyers' WhatsApp notices.
