Install the app

1. 11. Search for OnBio in the App Store or Google Play and install it.
2. 22. Open the app and tap Sign in with your account.
3. 33. Type the code from your authenticator app.

The app keeps your session in the phone's secure storage. You can sign in with your email and password or with Google or Apple, if you signed up that way.

1. 11. Open the panel in Chrome.
2. 22. Tap Install OnBio in the panel's notice and confirm.

2. 22. Tap Share and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
3. 33. Open OnBio from the icon and turn on notifications.

On iPhone, panel notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and only reach the panel opened from that icon.

The app asks for two-step verification. If your account does not have it yet, the app explains how to turn it on on the web and opens onbio.es to do it. Turn it on once and go back to the app to sign in.

When you change phones, install the app on the new one and sign in with your account. First, move your authenticator app to the new phone. Then remove the old phone from Devices so it stops getting your notifications.

Use only one of the two on the same phone, or turn off notifications in one, so you do not get them twice. The native app is the most comfortable day to day. The installed panel works for you if you prefer not to install anything from the app store. Install the app explains it.
