Today and bookings
The Today tab shows you what is happening today in your business. At the top you see how many sales you have and their amount. Below are the sales, which appear on their own as soon as they are paid. Further down, the day's sessions and events with their time in your zone.
See a sale
- 1. Open the app on Today.
- 2. Tap the sale under TODAY'S SALES.
The details show its status, its date, the offer and the amount split between taxes, OnBio's fee and what you receive. To see the whole order, with the buyer's details, tap Open in the web panel.
Join a session
- 1. Tap the booking under TODAY'S BOOKINGS.
- 2. Tap Join the video call.
The video call opens in your tool's app or in the phone's browser. To cancel the booking or see the buyer's answers, open the booking in the web panel.
Live
When the app is connected, you see Live. Without a connection it shows the latest that arrived and reconnects on its own. If the details do not load, tap Retry when you have signal again.
Links
A panel link to a sale or a booking, in an email or shared by your team, opens in the app if you have it installed. If not, the web panel opens. That way each notification and each email take you to the same place.
What each role sees
What you see depends on your role. A role without access to sales does not see them in the app. Instead, that part appears blocked with a notice. If your store's new sales are blocked, Today shows a notice with See the case in the panel. Today in the app explains it.
What you have now
You have your day at hand. In the last chapter you see how to run several businesses.
