You can carry OnBio on your phone in two ways. One is the OnBio app for iPhone and Android. The other is the web panel installed on your home screen, which works without going through the stores.

Install the native app

  1. 1. Search for OnBio in the App Store or Google Play and install it.
  2. 2. Open the app and tap Sign in with your account.
  3. 3. Type the code from your authenticator app.

Install the panel on Android

  1. 1. Open the panel in Chrome.
  2. 2. Tap Install OnBio in the panel's notice and confirm.

Install the panel on an iPhone

  1. 1. Open the panel in Safari.
  2. 2. Tap Share and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
  3. 3. Open OnBio from the icon and turn on notifications.

What happens next

With the app or the panel installed, you get a notification of each sale even when it is closed. Tapping it opens that sale's details.

Keep in mind

  • The app asks for two-step verification. If you do not have it, turn it on first on the web.
  • Use only one of the two on the same phone, or turn off notifications in one, so you do not get them twice.
  • On iPhone, panel notifications need iOS 16.4 or later.
