Chapter 2 of 4

Sale notifications

With notifications, your phone tells you each sale as soon as it is paid, with the product and the amount. Tapping the notification opens the app on that sale's details. It also tells you of each transfer to your bank and when you get close to a limit of your plan.

Turn them on

The app shows you the notifications explanation the first time you sign in. If you left it for later, turn them on from settings.

  1. 1. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
  2. 2. Tap Turn on notifications and accept the phone's permission.
  3. 3. Turn Sales, Payouts and Plan usage on or off.

Notifications arrive even when the app is closed. Your preferences only apply to this phone. On another device you choose its own notifications.

What a notification says

A sale notification says your business name, the product and the amount. It never shows the buyer's name or email, so you can have notifications on the lock screen without worrying about who looks at your phone.

If they do not arrive

If the phone has OnBio notifications turned off, turn them on in its settings and come back to the app. For the panel installed on an iPhone, remember they only reach the panel opened from the home screen icon.

Your devices

In Settings, tap Devices to see where you are signed in with notifications and their last opening. Tap Remove on the one you no longer use, such as a lost or sold phone. That device stops getting notifications at once. Notifications of each sale explains it.

In the panel

In the installed panel, notifications are turned on in Notifications in settings, with the same options. Paused-sales notices always reach owners and administrators.

What you have now

Your phone tells you of each sale. In the next chapter you see Today and your bookings.
