Chapter 4 of 4
Chapter 4 of 4
Several businesses
If your account has access to several businesses, because you run yours and help in someone else's, the app lets you choose which one you work with. Each business shows your role in it. What you see in each one depends on that role.
Choose the business
The app shows you Choose a business when signing in if your account has several. Tap the business in the list and Today opens with its sales and bookings. The app remembers your choice for next time.
Switch business
- 1. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
- 2. Tap the business switch under BUSINESS.
- 3. Choose the other business.
The sales, bookings and details you open belong to the business you have chosen.
Mute a business
If you do not want to get one of your businesses' notifications on this phone, mute it from NOTIFICATIONS in settings. A muted business stays visible in the app. It only stops sending notifications to this phone. On your other devices it keeps notifying as always.
Your role in each business
You can be the owner of your business and have the support role in someone else's. The app shows you in each one only what your role allows. If a role does not see sales, Today tells you instead of showing them. Whoever changes your role is that business's owner or administration.
If you have no business
If your account does not belong to any business, the app tells you. Create one from the web panel or accept the invitation you were sent. Then come back to the app.
