Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is the 14-day period a consumer has to cancel a distance purchase without giving reasons. For digital content it is lost if the buyer accepts immediate access. For sessions, packs, services and events it is kept.

It is regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, in its article 102. The digital content exception is in its article 103.
