If the OnBio team withdraws a product, nobody can buy it and it does not appear in your store. You receive an email with the statement of reasons, which explains the measure, its scope and the facts. From the panel you can answer or appeal. Find here at which point your case is.
OnBio asks you for information before deciding
- How to recognise it
You received the email «OnBio asks you for information about a moderation case» with a question and a deadline.
- Where to check it
You see it in Moderation, in the case open about your business.
- What to do
Open the case, write Your answer with the evidence you have and select Send answer before the date. You can only answer once, so explain everything in that answer.
The product is withdrawn
- How to recognise it
You received the email «We have withdrawn» with the name of the product. The product appears as withdrawn in Products.
- Where to check it
You see it in Moderation, in the statement of reasons of the case. The product page also says so.
- What to do
Read the statement of reasons. If you do not agree, open the case, write the Grounds of the appeal and select Send the appeal. You have 6 months from the decision and only the owner and the administration can appeal.
Your appeal has an answer
- How to recognise it
You received the email «Resolution of your appeal» with the result and its reasons.
- Where to check it
You see it in Moderation, in Your appeals within the case.
- What to do
A person different from the one who decided reviewed your appeal. The email says the result and what changes. If you still disagree, you can go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under article 21 of the Digital Services Act or to the courts.

What happens to those who already bought the product?
Previous purchases are refunded to the customers when OnBio withdraws the product. The statement of reasons of your case says so, together with the measure and its scope.
