Sell with a prior application

With an application, nobody pays without you approving it. The person fills in your application form, you review it and, if it fits, you send them a personal payment link with a private offer. It is for mentoring, programmes with limited places or any product where you choose who you sell to.
Before you start
- Publish the product whoever pays will receive, such as a course or a service.
- Create in that product a private one-time or instalment offer.
- Decide which questions you ask. The form accepts up to 13, besides the name and the email.
Prepare the application
- 1. Create a product of type Application from New product.
- 2. In the Content tab, write the questions of the Application form.
- 3. Choose the Product received on paying.
- 4. Select Publish.
Approve an application
You receive the email «New application from» with the person's name and the product. Open Applications in the side menu.
- 1. Open the application and read the answers.
- 2. Select Approve.
- 3. Choose the Offer they can pay with.
- 4. Select Approve and send the link.
What happens next
The person receives an email with their personal payment link. When they pay, the application moves to paid and they receive the product. If they do not pay before the link expires, you can send them another one with Renew link.
Keep in mind
- Only the private one-time or instalment offers of the delivered product appear.
- To reject, select Reject and write a Message (optional) with the reason.
- What is paid after the application is approved is sold by OnBio, like the rest of your products.
Frequently asked questions
Can I give a different price to each person?
Yes. Create several private offers in the delivered product and choose a different one when approving each application. Each person only sees the offer of their link.
