Your legal texts
OnBio publishes the legal texts you need to sell in Spain. You do not have to draft your own terms of sale or privacy policy. Each published version no longer changes. OnBio records who accepted each one.
Check what your business accepted
- 1. Open Settings in the side menu.
- 2. Click Legal texts.
- 3. Look in Acceptance history at which version your business accepted, when and at what moment.
What happens next
In the sign-up to sell, the owner accepts four texts. They are the creator terms, the agreement on buyers' data, the prohibited products policy and the trader self-certification. Your buyers accept the terms of sale when paying. Each acceptance stores the exact version, the date and the IP.
When a new version comes out, we let you know by email and in the panel. If the change is relevant, you have to accept it. Accept a new version explains it.
Keep in mind
- All the texts are on the page of each legal text, with their earlier versions.
- The details of who sells in your store come from your sign-up. Who sells in your store explains it.
- Only the owner can accept the legal texts.
