Who sells in your store
Reviewed on 5 October 2026
The law requires showing the buyer who sells to them. OnBio does it for you with the tax details of your sign-up. They are on the legal information of your store and on each product page.
Check what the buyer sees
- 1. Open your store.
- 2. Click Legal information of the store in the footer.
- 3. Check the details under Who sells.
What happens next
The buyer sees your name or company name, your trade name, your address, your phone, your email and your tax ID. If you are a company, they also see your registry details. Below appears your statement that you only offer products that comply with European Union law.
In all your products, sessions and services included, OnBio is the legal seller and the content or the service is yours. The product page shows the details of both.
Keep in mind
- If a detail is missing, such as the phone, you cannot sell until you complete it. The panel tells you which detail is missing.
- Your details come from the tax details of your sign-up.
- This is how your buyer sees it on the legal information of the store.
