A coupon is a discount code, as a percentage or in euros, for your whole store or for some products. Each coupon comes with links that open checkout with the discount already applied, so your followers do not have to type anything.

Create a coupon

  1. 1. Open Coupons in the side menu and click New coupon.
  2. 2. Type the Code and choose the Discount type.
  3. 3. Type how much it takes off.
  4. 4. Under Scope, choose Whole store or Specific products.
  5. 5. Set the Maximum uses, the First buyers or the date in Expires on if you want to limit it.
  6. 6. Click Create coupon.

Share the coupon's link

  1. 1. Find the coupon in the Coupons list.
  2. 2. Click the Copy link button on its row.

What happens next

Whoever opens the link reaches checkout with the discount in place. Whoever has the code types it after clicking Have a coupon? and clicks Apply. The checkout summary shows the Discount before paying.

Keep in mind

  • Each buyer uses a coupon only once. If they try again, checkout says «You have already used this coupon.».
  • An expired coupon, one with no uses left or one for another product does not apply. Checkout tells the buyer the reason, for example «The coupon has expired.».
  • The discount cannot leave the amount below the minimum of a sale.
  • A disabled coupon is no longer valid in new checkouts.
