How to get there
In Today, tap the booking under TODAY'S BOOKINGS. A link to a booking also opens it in the app.
What you can do
- See whether it is a one-to-one session or a live event.
- See the booking time in your time zone.
- Join the video call.
- Open the booking in the web dashboard.

Join the video call
- 1. Check the booking time.
- 2. Tap Join the video call.
What happens next
The video call opens in your tool's app or in the phone's browser.
Keep in mind
- To cancel the booking or see the buyer's pre-session answers, tap Open in the web panel.
- If the details do not load, tap Retry when you are back online.
- If your account has several businesses, the booking belongs to the business you chose when you entered the app.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel the booking from the app?
No. Tap Open in the web panel to cancel it or change its time. The buyer gets the notice and their refund according to your cancellation policy.
