Pay your affiliates

You do not have to pay your affiliates by hand. OnBio holds each commission while the sale's guarantee lasts and then pays it to the affiliate, with their self-billed invoice, at the same time you receive your money.
Review what you owe each affiliate
- 1. Click Affiliates in the side menu and open Commissions.
- 2. Filter by status to see the pending, paid or voided ones.
- 3. Click Export CSV if you want to take them to a spreadsheet.
What happens next
Each commission is deducted from your pending balance when the sale is paid. When the guarantee ends, OnBio issues the self-billed invoice on behalf of the affiliate with the VAT and withholding that apply and transfers the amount to them.
Keep in mind
- If the buyer gets a refund before the commission is paid, the commission is voided and its amount returns to your balance. In a partial refund the refunded part is voided.
- A commission already paid is not reversed. It appears as Refunded after payment.
- If the affiliate has not completed their payout setup when the commission is released, they lose it and its amount returns to you.
- While the order has an open chargeback, the commission stays held.
