Every marketing email from a creator carries an unsubscribe link in its footer that opens this page. Here you confirm that you do not want more marketing emails from that creator at your address. The emails about your purchases and access keep arriving.
How to get there
Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email from the creator.
What you can do
- Unsubscribe from the creator's marketing emails with Unsubscribe me.
- Subscribe again with Subscribe again if you unsubscribed by mistake.
Step by step
Unsubscribe
- 1. Click the unsubscribe link in the email.
- 2. Check the creator's name and your address on the page.
- 3. Click Unsubscribe me.
What happens next
The page confirms that you will not get more marketing emails from that creator at that address. If you made a mistake, you can undo it on the same page with Subscribe again.
Keep in mind
- Unsubscribing applies to one creator. If you get emails from several, unsubscribe from each one.
- If you see This link is no longer valid., use the link in the last email you got.
- The emails about your purchases, access, bookings and invoices are not marketing and keep arriving.
- The creator sees in their contacts that you unsubscribed, so they do not add you again by hand.
