How to get there
In the store, click the link to report content in the footer or on the product page.
What you can do
- Give the Address of the content you are reporting.
- Choose the Reason from the list.
- Explain under Explanation why it is illegal or breaks the rules, with the details that prove it.
- Leave your Full name and your Email to receive the decision.
Step by step
Send the report
- 1. Check the Address of the content.
- 2. Choose the Reason.
- 3. Write the Explanation.
- 4. Type your name and your email.
- 5. Tick the good faith box and click Send the report.
What happens next
You see Thank you, we will review it with the Reference of your report. You get an email with the reference and the link to follow it, and we write to you with the decision and its reasons within 7 days at most.
Keep in mind
- In a report of child sexual abuse you can leave the name and the email blank. Without an email we cannot send you the acknowledgement or the decision.
- The report is for content. For a problem with a purchase, write to the store or ask for the refund.
