Here you exercise your rights over your data without entering any account: you ask for a copy, its correction, its erasure or that we stop processing it. It works for anyone with data on OnBio, even if you do not remember which store you bought from.
How to get there
Open onbio.es/privacy/requests, or click the link in the OnBio privacy policy that leads to this page.
What you can do
- Ask for Access to my data, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction of processing or Objection to processing.
- Type the Correct name or the Correct email if you ask for a rectification.
- Explain your request under Tell us about your request.
Step by step
Send the request
- 1. Type Your email address.
- 2. Choose the type of request under What you want to ask for.
- 3. Explain your request if you want.
- 4. Click Send the request.
What happens next
You see Check your email. If that address has data on OnBio, you get a link to confirm the request, which expires in 24 hours. When you open it, the request is registered and we answer you within one month at most.
Keep in mind
- For security, the screen says the same whether the email has data or not.
- Use the email you bought or subscribed with. If you used several, send one request for each.
- If you bought in a store, you can also ask from Privacy in your area, without confirming the email.
