Roles

• Owner can do everything, also accept the legal texts and give or remove the administration role.
• Administrator can do everything else, also manage payouts, the team and the business activity.
• Content editor runs the store, the products, the member area, the community, the bookings and marketing. They do not see sales or payouts.
• Support handles the support inbox and the community. They see the products, the orders and the bookings without changing them.
• Accounting sees the sales, the invoices, the reports, the analytics, the affiliates and the business details, without changing anything.

Give the smallest role that allows the job. To whoever helps you with courses and posts, content editor. To whoever answers your buyers, support. To your accountant, accounting, because they see what they need for your tax returns without being able to touch your prices or payouts. Keep administration for whoever runs the business with you.

1. 11. Open Settings in the side menu and click Team and activity.
2. 22. In Members, open their row's menu and click Change the role.
3. 33. Choose the new Role and click Save role.

The new role applies from that person's next action in the panel. The change appears in the business activity with your name.

Each business has a single owner, who is whoever created it. Only they accept the legal texts and give or remove the administration role. Only the owner and administration see the business activity and change the bank account. What each role can do explains it.
