Invite the team

1. 11. Open Settings in the side menu, click Team and activity and stay in Members.
2. 22. Click Invite.
3. 33. Type the person's Email and choose their Role.
4. 44. Click Send invitation.

Only the owner can invite with the administration role. Administration invites with any of the other roles.

They get an email with your business name in the subject, their role and the date the invitation expires. They click “See the invitation” and then Accept invitation if they already have an account, or Create an account with this email if they do not. If the account is new, they turn on their two-step verification.

The invitation is only valid for the email it was sent to. If the person signs in with another one, the page tells them.

While they have not accepted, their row appears as pending with the date it expires. Each invitation expires after 7 days. From their row's menu you can click Resend, which sends a new link with another 7 days and cancels the previous one, or Revoke.

Remove them from the team from their row as soon as they stop working with you. Their OnBio account keeps existing. What they lose is the entry to your business. Do it on the day the collaboration ends, especially if they had a role with access to sales or payouts.

A person can belong to several businesses with the same account, with a different role in each. They switch between them from the panel's business picker. Invite your team explains it.

Your team has access with their own accounts. In the next chapter you protect each account.
