Usage limits of your plan

Each plan has a limit of contacts, of hours of hosted video and of WhatsApp messages a month. Going over a limit never blocks your sales, your messages or your students' access: OnBio tells you so you decide whether moving up a plan pays off.
See your usage
- 1. Open Plan in the side menu.
- 2. Check under Usage how much you have used of each limit.
- 3. Compare the limits of each plan under Change plan.
What happens next
When you reach 80 % of a limit you get an email and a notice appears in the panel. When you reach 100 % you get another one. If you want more room, move up to a plan with a higher limit.
Keep in mind
- Starter includes 1,000 contacts, 10 hours of video and 100 WhatsApp messages a month.
- Creator includes 10,000 contacts, 200 hours of video and 1,000 messages a month.
- Pro includes 50,000 contacts, 1,000 hours of video and 5,000 messages a month.
- Video embedded from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Wistia does not count as hosted video.
- OnBio measures usage every hour.
