Ask for the review before your first sale

• Complete the first four steps of onboarding.
• Create at least one product, because the review looks at what you are going to sell.
• Go over the prohibited products policy, which you accepted in the agreements.

Open Onboarding in the side menu and select Review, the last step, which says what is missing if you cannot ask for it yet.

1. 11. Check that the previous steps appear as completed.
2. 22. Select Ask for the review.

The screen says Review in progress with the date you asked for it. While it lasts you can keep changing your store and your products. When the team approves it, you receive the email «… can now sell on OnBio» with the name of your business. From that moment the checkout accepts payments for all your published products.

• If the button cannot be selected, the screen says whether onboarding steps are missing or whether you do not have any product yet.
• The review looks at the store as it is when reviewed. If you add products later, they follow the policy you accepted and OnBio can review them when someone reports them.
• If the review is not approved, the reason appears on this screen and in an email. My review was not approved explains it.
