Plan

Click Plan in the side menu, in the Money group, below Invoices. The page opens on your current plan, with the plans you can change to below it.

• See under Current plan the monthly fee and the commission your plan applies to each sale.
• Move up to a plan with higher limits or down to one with lower limits under Change plan.
• Go back to the Starter plan with Cancel the plan.
• Follow under Usage the contacts, the hours of video and the WhatsApp messages.
• Change the card that pays the fee with Change card.
• Download the invoices of your fee with Download PDF.

The dialog opens when you choose another plan. Before confirming, it shows you the commission of the new plan and what you pay today. It also tells you the date the change applies.

1. 11. Click the button of the plan you want, like «Upgrade to Pro», or Cancel the plan.
2. 22. Review the commission, the Fee or pro rata, the VAT and the Total today.
3. 33. In a downgrade, tick I understand that I will be above the limits of the new plan if it appears.
4. 44. Click the pay button or Schedule the downgrade.

An upgrade is charged today pro rata and applies as soon as the payment is confirmed. A downgrade or a cancellation applies at the end of the paid period, with no charge or refund. Until that date you keep your current plan and you get an email when the change applies.

• The commission is calculated on the price without VAT of each sale, with a minimum of €0.35 per sale.
• With Klarna pay later, your plan adds 4.5 points of commission to those sales.
• Going over a limit never blocks your sales, your messages or your students' access. We tell you when you reach 80 % and 100 %.
• Usage is measured every hour.
• Only the owner or the administration can change the plan.
• If you are a founder, your plan has the Founder tag and no fee until the date you see. Click Add card before that date to stay on Creator. We email you 30 days before.

These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
