Get paid to your bank

• Finish the payouts step of onboarding with your bank account.
• Check that the account holder matches your tax details.

1. 11. Open Payouts and click the Payouts tab.
2. 22. Under Schedule, choose Every week in Frequency.
3. 33. Choose the Day of the week.
4. 44. Click Save.

1. 11. In the Balance tab, click Withdraw balance.
2. 22. Type the Amount in euros.
3. 33. Check the estimated arrival and click Transfer.

The transfer becomes On its way and you get an email with the estimated arrival date, at most 2 business days later. When it reaches the bank, the payout becomes Paid and you can download its Receipt.

• The weekly payout goes out on the chosen day at 8:00, Madrid time, with the whole available balance.
• With When I ask, the balance that reaches 80 days without being withdrawn is transferred on its own, because Stripe does not allow keeping it longer. We email you before.
• During a bank account change no payout goes out.
• If the bank returns a transfer, the amount goes back to your available balance and you get an email with the reason.
