Here you have your drafts and your scheduled posts of the community. Each row says when you saved the draft or when the scheduled post goes out.
Each person in the team only sees their own drafts here, so nobody publishes by mistake what someone else is preparing.
How to get there
Open the community from Communities and select the Drafts tab, one of the tabs above the community feed.
What you can do
- Keep editing a draft or a scheduled post with Keep editing.
- Publish a draft now.
- Delete a draft.
Step by step
Publish a draft
- 1. Find the draft in the list.
- 2. Select Publish.
Change a scheduled post
- 1. Select Keep editing.
- 2. Change the text or the time.
- 3. Save the changes.
What happens next
When you publish, the draft leaves this list and appears in the feed. A scheduled post goes out on its own at its time.
Keep in mind
- Select Reload if you saved a draft from another tab.
- A scheduled post can be changed or deleted until its time.
- You can schedule between 5 minutes and 365 days from now, in Madrid time.
- A draft is saved from the posting box of the feed, when you do not want your members to see it yet.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin, content editor and support.
