Session reminders
OnBio reminds the buyer of each session and each event place without you doing anything. The reminders carry the time in the buyer's zone and the video call link, so they arrive on time without looking for the booking email.
Check who gets each reminder
The reminders come from the confirmed bookings of your agenda, each with the time zone the buyer chose when booking.
- 1. Open Bookings in the side menu.
- 2. Click This week or Upcoming.
- 3. Open a booking to see its time in the buyer's zone.
What happens next
The buyer receives an email 24 hours before the session and another 1 hour before, with the time, the zone and the See the booking button. If the video call link is not ready yet, the email tells them it will arrive in another message.
If the buyer accepted WhatsApp messages at checkout and you have WhatsApp connected in Messages, they also receive the reminder by WhatsApp.
Keep in mind
- If the booking was made less than 24 hours ahead, only the 1-hour reminder goes out.
- When the booking's time changes, the reminders are scheduled again with the new time.
- A cancelled booking receives no reminders.
- The attendees of a live event receive the same reminders with the meeting link.
- Each reminder goes out only once per start time.
