Import students and contacts

1. 11. Open the course from Courses and click the Students tab.
2. 22. Click Import and choose the file with Choose file.
3. 33. Check which OnBio field each column is and the rows report.
4. 44. Leave Send the access link to the imported students unticked if you have not changed your links yet.
5. 55. Click the import button.

The file accepts up to 5,000 rows and 2 MB, separated by comma or semicolon. A Purchase date (optional) makes the drip count from that day. Repeated emails and those who already have access are not imported.

1. 11. In Contacts, click Import and upload your CSV.
2. 22. Tick the consent declaration and click Continue.
3. 33. Choose the Field in OnBio of each column and click Check rows.
4. 44. Check the report and click the import button.

Only import people who accepted your emails. The CSV accepts up to 50,000 rows. Import contacts from a CSV explains it.

When you change your links, send your students the access link from the Students tab and prepare a broadcast to your contacts. Tell them you are moving to OnBio, what changes for them and how to enter their area. Remind them they sign in with an email link, without a password. If someone does not get it, they can ask for it again from the store's member area with their email.

• Your sign-up to sell is approved.
• Your products are recreated with their content and price.
• Your students have access to their courses.
• Your contacts are imported with their consent.
• Your bio, emails and ads point to OnBio.
• Your students have received their access link.
• Your subscriptions are moved and cancelled on the previous platform.
