Here you ask the OnBio team to review your store and your products before your first sale. The review checks that nothing falls into the prohibited products policy and that the store does not give misleading information.
It usually takes less than two business days. Meanwhile you can keep setting up your store and your products.
How to get there
Select Review in Onboarding, the last of the five steps, once you have your first product created.
What you can do
- Ask for the review with Ask for the review when you have finished the previous steps.
- Follow the status of the review.
- Read the reason and the team's message if it is not approved.
- Ask for a new review after fixing what is missing.
- Check the previous reviews in History.
Step by step
Ask for the review
- 1. Create at least one product.
- 2. Complete the first four steps of onboarding.
- 3. Select Ask for the review.
What happens next
The screen says Review in progress with the date you asked for it. When it ends, OnBio lets you know by email and right here. If it is approved, you receive the email «… can now sell on OnBio» with the name of your business and the checkout accepts payments for your products.
Keep in mind
- A review is rejected because of a prohibited product, misleading information or because the store has no product to review.
- If it is rejected, fix what the reason says and select Ask for a new review. My review was not approved explains it.
These roles can open this screen: owner, admin and accounting.
