Here you see the transfers of your balance to your bank account, with their date, their amount, their status and their expected arrival. You also choose under Schedule how often OnBio pays you.
How to get there
Open Payouts in the side menu and click the Payouts tab, or click See payouts below the balance.
What you can do
- See the balance Available to transfer.
- Withdraw the balance whenever you want with Withdraw balance.
- Choose under Frequency the payout Every week or When I ask.
- Download the Receipt of each payout.
- See the reason for a Failed payout.
Step by step
Switch to the weekly payout
- 1. Under Schedule, choose Every week in Frequency.
- 2. Choose the Day of the week.
- 3. Click Save.
What happens next
The weekly payout goes out that day at 8:00, Madrid time, with the whole available balance. Stripe gives the arrival date, which is usually at most 2 business days later.
Keep in mind
- With When I ask, OnBio transfers only the balance that reaches 80 days without being withdrawn and emails you before.
- No payout goes out without an active payout account or during a bank account change.
- None goes out either if the account holder does not match your tax details or if the balance does not reach €1.
- If a payout fails, the amount goes back to your available balance and you get an email with the bank's reason.
- The receipt is ready when the payout reaches the bank.
