Sign in with Google or Apple
On this page
You can sign in to OnBio with your Google or Apple account instead of an email and a password. You select the button, Google or Apple confirm who you are and OnBio then asks for the code of your two-step verification, the same as with the password.
It works to create a new account and to enter the one you already have with the same email.
Before you start
- Have your Google or Apple session open in the browser, or your details to start it.
- If you already have an OnBio account, check that your Google or Apple account uses the same email.
Sign in with your account
Select Sign in in the onbio.es header, or open any panel page without a session and OnBio takes you to it.
- 1. Select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
- 2. Choose your account in the Google or Apple window and accept.
- 3. Write the 6-digit code from your verification app.
Create a new account
If your Google or Apple email does not have an OnBio account yet, the same button creates it without a password.
- 1. Select Sign up with Google or Sign up with Apple on the sign-up page.
- 2. Turn on two-step verification, which is asked for on the next screen.
- 3. Write the Business name and the Address of your store on the welcome screen.
- 4. Select Create business.
What happens next
You enter the panel. The first time you use Google or Apple with an account that already existed, OnBio joins them to your account and in Profile you see that you can sign in with them.
Keep in mind
- OnBio only links Google or Apple to your account if they give your email as verified. Otherwise the sign-in is not completed and you can enter with your password.
- If you choose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, Apple gives you a forwarding address and your OnBio account keeps that address. To link Apple to an account you already have, share your real email.
- An account created with Google or Apple has no password. To change your verification device, you confirm with a recovery code.
- You can also create a password with Forgot it? on the sign-in page.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it ask me for a code if I already signed in with Google?
Two-step verification is mandatory on OnBio for every account, however you sign in. Google or Apple confirm your identity and the code from your phone confirms that you are the one signing in.
