Bring your business from another platform

• Export from your previous platform the CSV of students, customers or subscribers. Almost all of them have it in their list of students or customers, with an export button.
• If you bring a course, have on your computer the folder with its videos.

1. 11. Leave one row per person and one column with their email.
2. 22. If they have a name, a product, tags or a phone, leave them in their columns.
3. 33. In a CSV of subscribers, also leave the price, the currency, the interval, the next renewal and, if you charge with your own Stripe, the Stripe customer.
4. 44. Save it as CSV, separated by commas or semicolons.

We recognise each column by its name in Spanish, English or Portuguese. If one is not recognised, you choose what it is in the preview.

1. 11. Create a folder with the name of the course.
2. 22. Inside, create one subfolder per module.
3. 33. Put in each subfolder the videos of its lessons, in order.
4. 44. Start the name of each file with its number, like «01 Welcome.mp4».

1. 11. In Bring your business, click CSV.
2. 22. Drop the CSVs and the folder.
3. 33. Click Continue.
4. 44. Review the preview and click Import.

1. 11. In the report, click Migrate subscriptions.
2. 22. Follow the three steps of the mode we propose.

What you imported stays as a draft. Review it, publish it and change the links of your bio when it is ready. The details of each screen are in Bring your business, in the import and in its subscriptions.

• Imported contacts do not get your campaigns until they give their consent on OnBio.
• Each student starts the course from the first lesson, because their progress on the previous platform does not come along.
