Here you confirm that the email of your new account is yours. OnBio has sent you a 6-digit code that expires in 15 minutes, and until you write it the account does not exist and someone else can take the address of your store.
The page says which email we sent it to, so you can see whether you typed it correctly.
How to get there
You arrive here when you select Create account on the sign-up page, or when you sign in with an account you have not confirmed yet and select Resend the confirmation code.
What you can do
- Write the 6-digit code from the email.
- Ask for another code with Resend code.
- Go back to sign-up with Change email if you typed the email wrong.
Step by step
Confirm the account
- 1. Open the email «Your code to confirm your OnBio account».
- 2. Write the 6-digit code.
- 3. Select Confirm account.
What happens next
Your account now exists and you move on to turning on two-step verification. If the address of your store was taken while you were confirming, the page asks you for another one before going on.
Keep in mind
- If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, look in the spam folder and then select Resend code.
- Each code has a limited number of attempts and the page says how many you have left.
