Sell inside the member area

Whoever already bought from you is the easiest person to buy from you again. With the area banners you show another product to your students while they learn, on the home of the area, on the course page or at the end of each lesson. The student buys it with one click, with the payment method they already saved.
Before you start
- Publish the product you want to offer, with a public offer.
- Have a JPEG, PNG or WebP image of up to 5 MB.
Create a banner
Open Member area banners in the side menu, in the Sell group, below Courses.
- 1. Select New banner.
- 2. Choose the Product and its Offer.
- 3. Write the Title and upload the image with Upload image.
- 4. In Where it appears, tick the places of the area.
- 5. Tick the courses in Only in these courses if you do not want it to appear in all of them.
- 6. Select Save banner.
What happens next
The active banner appears in the places you ticked. If the student buys it, they receive the product like any other purchase and the sale appears in Sales.
Keep in mind
- The student does not see the banner of a product they already have.
- You can only offer public and published products.
- At the top of the screen you see how many banners you have active and how many the area accepts.
- You can deactivate a banner without deleting it to use it in another campaign.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the student has no saved payment method?
The banner opens the checkout of the product inside the area to pay like in any purchase. The one-click purchase only appears when the student saved their payment method in a previous purchase.
