Besides whoever buys, you can give access to a course by hand, without the person paying, or bring your students from another platform such as Hotmart or Stan with a CSV file. In both cases they enter the member area with their email and their access stays in the list of students.
Before you start
- To import, export to a CSV the students of your previous platform, with at least their email.
- If the course goes by editions, decide which edition each person joins.
Give access to a person
Open the course from Courses and select the Students tab, which gathers all the students of the course.
- 1. Select the button to give access.
- 2. Write the Email and the Name.
- 3. Choose the Edition and the Group if the course uses them.
- 4. Tick Send the access link by email.
- 5. Select Give access.
Import students
- 1. Select Import in the Students tab.
- 2. Select Choose file and choose the CSV.
- 3. Review which OnBio detail each column is and the report of rows.
- 4. Tick Send the access link to the imported students.
- 5. Select the import button with the number of students.
What happens next
The people appear in the list of students with manual or imported access. If you ticked the sending, each one receives by email their link to enter the member area.
Keep in mind
- The file accepts up to 5,000 rows and 2 MB. The email column is mandatory.
- Repeated emails, those who already have access and future dates are not imported.
- A Purchase date (optional) makes the drip count from that day.
- You can revoke access with Revoke access and give it back with Restore access. The progress is kept.
