Live events with capacity

• Connect Zoom or Google in Calendars and video calls.

1. 11. Open Products, click New product and choose Live event.
2. 22. Type the Name and the Price of a place. Then click Create product.
3. 33. In Content, click Set the date.
4. 44. Fill in Start date and time, Duration and Capacity.
5. 55. Choose the Video call and its account.
6. 66. Click Save and then Publish.

2. 22. Click See attendees.
3. 33. Click an attendee's row to open their booking.

Each paid place appears in Bookings and in the attendee list. The attendee receives the link in the ticket email and in their area. The meeting opens 30 minutes before the start. When the event ends, you can publish the recording as a lesson for the attendees.

• While someone is paying, OnBio keeps the place for them and does not sell it to anyone else.
• When there are no places left, the product page says Sold out. If someone frees theirs, it is on sale again.
• You can raise the capacity whenever you want. It cannot go below the places sold and held.
• If you change the date or the duration, OnBio emails each attendee and moves the meeting.
• If you cancel the event, OnBio refunds every paid place and tells the attendees with your note.
