Here you finish signing in to the app with the code from your authenticator app. That way, even if someone knows your password, they cannot get in without your phone.
How to get there
The app brings you here after you type your email and password in Sign in.
What you can do
- Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Use a recovery code if you do not have the authenticator app at hand.
- Start again if the verification expires.
Step by step
Type the code
- 1. Open your authenticator app and find the OnBio account.
- 2. Type the 6-digit code in the OnBio app.
What happens next
You get into the app. If your account has several businesses, you choose which one to work with. If it has one, you go to Today.
Keep in mind
- The code changes every 30 seconds. If it is not accepted, wait for the next one and type it again.
- If you see The verification has expired. Sign in again., type your email and password again.
- Each recovery code works only once.
- If you change phones, move your authenticator app to the new one first. If you cannot, sign in with a recovery code and set it up again from the web.
