Delete the account

Here you ask for your OnBio account to be deleted. Your account, your sessions and your devices are deleted.
How to get there
In the app's Settings, tap Delete the account, at the end of ACCOUNT.

- Ask for your account to be deleted.
Step by step
Delete your account
- 1. Read what is kept.
- 2. Tap Continue with the deletion.
- 3. Tap Delete the account in the dialog.
What happens next
The erasure starts being processed and you can no longer sign in with the account. We let you know by email when it is deleted.
Keep in mind
- It cannot be undone.
- Before that, close the businesses you own or hand them to someone else.
- Collect or transfer your businesses' pending balance from the web dashboard.
- Invoices and tax data are kept for six years because the law requires it. Your buyers' orders stay in the business without your name. The General Data Protection Regulation, applicable since 25 May 2018, allows keeping what a legal obligation requires under its article 17.3.
- If the app says this session cannot delete the account, sign out, sign in again and try once more.
