Review the activity of the business

The activity of the business keeps who changed what and when, with the previous and the new value of each field. It helps you find out who touched a price, a product or a business detail, and it also gathers what OnBio, its team, your API keys and your buyers change. No person, not even OnBio, can edit or delete an entry.

Before you start

  • Check that you are the owner or have the administration role, the only ones who see the activity.
  • Think about the dates when the change you are looking for happened, to narrow the search.

Find a change

Open Settings in the side menu, select Team and activity and choose the Activity tab.

  1. 1. Choose the Person if you know who might have done it.
  2. 2. Choose the Item, such as a product or the business.
  3. 3. Choose the dates in From and To.
  4. 4. Select the button to see the changes on the entry you are looking for.

The list first shows the most recent entries that match the filters and leaves the older ones for the end of the page.

  1. 1. Scroll down to the end of the list.
  2. 2. Select Load more to see the earlier ones.
  3. 3. Select Clear filters to see them all again.

What happens next

When you open an entry you see each field that changed with its previous and its new value. If the change does not add up, talk to the person who appears in the entry or change their role from Members.

Keep in mind

  • Entries are kept for six years.
  • Passwords, codes, tokens and bank details appear as changed, without their value.
  • The date range can cover up to 366 days. To look further back, run several searches.
  • The activity of the business gathers the changes to the business. The sign-ins to your account are in the history of Security.

Frequently asked questions

Do the changes made by the OnBio team appear?

Yes. When someone from the OnBio team changes something in your business, such as a block on sales or a reviewed detail, the entry appears in the activity in the name of OnBio. The same happens with the changes made by your API keys and your buyers.
