Here you create the new password of your account from the link in the email «Reset your OnBio password». When you save it, OnBio closes the session on all your devices, so if someone was using your account they are left outside.
If the link was already used or has expired, the page says so and offers to ask for another one.
How to get there
Select the «Choose a new password» button in the recovery email. The link expires after 30 minutes and works only once.
What you can do
- Write the New password and repeat it.
- Ask for a new link with Ask for a new link if yours is no longer valid.
Step by step
Save the new password
- 1. Write the New password, of at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol.
- 2. Write it again in Repeat the password.
- 3. Select Save password.
- 4. Select Sign in and enter with the new password and your verification code.
What happens next
All your open sessions are closed. Two-step verification does not change, so when you sign in it still asks for the code from your app.
Keep in mind
- If you see «This link is no longer valid», select Ask for a new link and use the last email you receive.
