Here you ask for a link to create a new password when you have forgotten yours. You write the email of your account and, if it exists, you receive an email with a link that works once for 30 minutes.
For security, the page says the same thing whether or not there is an account with that email, so nobody can find out whether you have an OnBio account.
How to get there
Select Forgot it? next to the password on the sign-in page.
What you can do
- Ask for the link with your email and Send link.
- Go back to sign-in with Back to sign in.
Step by step
Ask for the link
- 1. Write the Email of your account.
- 2. Select Send link.
- 3. Open the email «Reset your OnBio password» and select the «Choose a new password» button.
What happens next
The link opens the screen to create your new password. Recover your password explains it.
Keep in mind
- If you sign in with Google or with Apple and never set a password, this link lets you create one.
- If the email does not arrive, look in the spam folder and check that you wrote the email you signed up with.
- Your current password keeps working until you save the new one.
