A course from an OnBio store is followed from your member area, lesson by lesson. Your progress is saved with each lesson you mark as completed, so you can stop and come back whenever you like, from your phone or your computer.
Start the course
- 1. Open the email that gives you access to the course, or enter your area as sign in to your area explains.
- 2. Click Go to the course.
- 3. Click the start button with the title of the first lesson.
Pick up where you left off
- 1. In your area, look for Continue where you left off at the very top.
- 2. Click Continue.
- 3. When you finish the lesson, click Mark as completed.
What happens next
The course shows the percentage completed and what you have done of each module. When a new lesson opens on its date, you get an email with its link.
Keep in mind
- Some lessons open on dates or a number of days after your purchase. Until then they show as Locked with the date they open.
- If the course runs in editions, the course shows your edition's dates.
- To get the certificate, complete every lesson and pass the quizzes, as quizzes and certificates explains.
- If your access is paused, for example because of a pending instalment, the course does not open until you bring it up to date. Your progress is kept.
